Medical Results - How to Know?

Hello All,

My medical results just came in. I asked for it to be couriered to me.

It says DO NOT OPEN. I understand I could not open this, but I was in the impression of having a personal copy.

But it was only my vaccination record and CD. How will I know if I passed? Is it ok to call the clinic and ask?

Sadly, you will only get a copy of the DS-3025 (vaccination record) and not the full medical ;-) You will need the DS-3025 when you do AOS in the US.

You can certainly call the clinic and ask, I doubt they will give you any results over the phone. Is there anything that you should be worrying about? Most likely if there was anything medical that they would have found, they would have told you already. Now, in regards to your visa, if they found something that would disqualify you for it, I really don't know if they will tell you or not and it is only for the embassy to know. You know what I mean?

I really don't think you should worry about it too much....

I am just scared. Coz after I did all the vaccines. I had fever for two days. I pray everything is fine :)

Where did you do your medical? When I did mine they told me if there was a concern they'd let me know.

They gave me my CD back at my interview and I never looked at it even then.

You've already discussed everything with the doctor you saw. Did you give them any reason to worry about your mental health or anything like that? Do you have sicknesses that will be a burden to the healthcare system? Unless you've been using drugs or something that is going to show up in your blood work that wasn't discussed DON'T WORRY! Just keep that packet handy and cross another item off the list!

No. I do not have any depression, mental issues. I have not seen any doctor for the last five years. Lol. No vaccinations too.

No drugs. Not smoking. No highblood, no tremendous weight gain or loss issues.

I just had fever right after the medical was finished. That was it :)


From Dr. Cheema, yes I have the CD and vaccination record too. I had no chance opening it too. Lol :)

Some people do run slight temps after vaccinations....it is your immune system working as it should ....

They should have given you information on possible reactions after vaccinations .
