Well fix your profile and smack a British flag on there and Visa type: OR1/CR1. Then you will be easier to give correct answers to.

Your visa application form is DS-260 done at the NVC stage.

Perfect. DCF even. Then your DS-260 doesn't go to NVC because you skip NVC completely. Your process will be much like the K1 in that regard, except for different forms and proving domicile.
