hello everybody! I need help .... i get a email from NVC they told me this

"Due to the numerical limitations on immigrant visa issuance prescribed by law, this petition is not eligible for further processing at this time. The NVC will keep this petition until an immigrant visa becomes available. The petitioner, principal applicant, or attorney of record will be notified when this petition is eligible for further processing. The principal applicant should not make any firm plans such as disposing of property, giving up jobs, or making travel arrangements at this time. For additional information, review the explanation of numerical limitations on immigrant visa issuance below.

What do this is mean. i dont understand please help me ... what i have to there?

Well it means that you have to wait further till NVC contacts you untill your petiton date is closer to the Priority Date released on Visa bulletin.

You think I should wait long or what. i am permanent card i know this going take along but In the last week i send citizenship application. maybe the process can be more fasting but i dont know what do you think is going happen if i am become citizenship.

if u become citizen, its much faster. But again I am not sure on K3 visas

i hv sent financial & civil documents to nvc...waiting for them to receive & review...should i wait for them to contact or call nvc???

@Maria,What's your PD? I got the same email from nvc a few weeks ago.My PD is March,2015.

i called NVC today and the lady said my case was complete...waiting for interview letter Pd Aug 2014 were next in line??????

Hai, My PD is Oct2014

My cAse was ComPLetEd LasT Oct2015 and sTiLL waiting For the iL.. And my PD is gOnna Be current On ApriL 2016,,

I have A question, before my pd is current the nvc gonna sent me iL alreay? Or need to be current before they send a iL? Thanks!
