Hello my name is Maria. Nice to meet all of you. I am new here and have a lot question to ask. I met my husband a long time ago like when I was 8 year old and we were best friend. After that I had long relationship distance with him for 5 years and 4 month August 30 2009 -December 28 2014. I am young girl 18 year old and my husband 21 years old. I got married in December 29 2014. I am permanent residence and i want to bring my husband to live with me. I filed 1-130 and sent the package in march 7 2015. i want to become citizen in September 2015. I want to know why i don't still get NOA1. how long going take to proved the case. How long going take for permanent residence to get NOA1. is it good idea to become citizen in September?

Yes if you become a citizien your husband will be here quicker,but you have to read through the website for all the details of changing from F2a to Cr1.abou noa 1 it will come ,dont worry
