Hello Everyone

I hope all of you are enjoying and excited :)

I have a question and i really need your help as usual

One of the ways to meet the affidavit of support is to get the help from the immigrant him self.

Currently i am working in saudi arabia as a technical project manager, and i have a very good salary, Moreover, i own a house which i rented out and i am getting a rent on a monthly basis.

and also i have lands that worth more than 150,000 US dollars, So can i help the sponsor? as the sponsor will be my wife's aunt.

My wife is a student and never worked before.

And does the sponsor need to send hard copies to NVC or USCIS, or can it all be done online?

Please advise.

Thank you.

hi

the sponsor is the petitioner, your wife, even if she makes $0 income she will file an i864 as the sponsor

you say that she already has a joint sponsor, her aunt, who will file another i864 as her joint sponsor

her aunt must qualify on her own to be a joint sponsor, you cannot combine income with her aunt

The aunt's income must meet the poverty guidelines based on her number of household plus you (the intending immigrant).

As the others have said, you can't combine your income with the aunt's.

If aunt's income is insufficient, find another joint sponsor.

Good luck!
