Hi,

I came in 2011 to the US (from Italy) with my wife and kids on an H1B and family members of H4. In Milan , Italy, it took me 24h to get my visa stamps...

I had to renew my visa now and left fro Canada last Sunday (almost 2 weeks ago). The lady officer has made my life completely miserable and has decided to make me wait for the Visa of my kids. My wife and kids are stuck in Canada for 2 weeks now. The visa were issued on Tuesday morning at 10 am.... still not at the courier in Montreal on Wednesday night. Moreover, they have the wrong email address...

Calling doesn't work, sent emails to consulate ...no reaction... I am out of ideas

Is there anything i can do to free my Family and bring them back home? any advise? anyone I can talk to; are the visa of my kids lost?
