02/18/15 IV bill paid

02/20/15 DS-260 completed

03/24/15 Case Complete

04/16/15 P4 email

How long to receive email fo IV fee from AOS fee, Kemtan?

That really depends. I think NVC's official line is that it takes 30 days, but you can call before that to have them review your DS-261 and open up the IV invoice. I called last Friday, got the invoice email on Monday, and was able to pay on Tuesday. Browse Saylin's spreadsheet for more of an idea
