Hi guys, early this morning i received the next e-mail form USCIS:

There has been a recent processing action taken on your case.

Receipt Number: WACxxxxxxxxxx

Application Type: I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

On February 17, 2015, we approved your Form I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, Receipt Number WACXXXXXXXXXX. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to
www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Is it possible that they already send NOA2 hard copy to me and the case is moving to NVC? the whole process done in 15 days? (i received NOA1 on February 2.)

That's crazy fast!
in one way it's good on another it's not because i was counting that processing time will last for 5 months so in the meantime i was planing to move to US (i'm in Croatia currently) to establish domicile. Now i have to rush everything up. How exactly the NVC process is going? and how to prove domicile? financial part it's not a problem because my cousin will be my joint sponsor and for the start I'll live at his house
