3rd time moving does it affect ROC?

hi all!

I have a silly question. Does it affect ROC if we moved so much ? The reason for that was rent, and just better apartment. Now it's the 3rd time moving and final ( only one floor-same building) and I would like to know if this is relevant anyhow . Of course both of our names are in the lease and bills etc.

Nope, no problem. Just make sure you have evidence of cohabitation at all addresses (bills, leases, drivers licenses, etc etc). Also remember to submit your change of address forms (I-865 for the sponsor and AR-11 for the immigrant).

One additional question; do I have to send anything else with the AR-11 form like copy of green card or cover letter ?

I will also change it online.

Also the sponsor is the U.S. citizen - husband and the ar-11 for me ( green card holder) ? Last time I did it online and I send only the ar-11 :/

No, you just have to do the additional step that is required for someone with a pending application. The only issue that you can have is that the GC is sent to the wrong address. If you have access to the old addresses or are near the postoffice that serves them, you can place a vacation hold on mail addressed in your name and go in every 25 days to see if you have any mail and renew the hold until the GC is received. The USPS will not forward the mail from the USCIS. Now days you get the tracking information so you will know when the USCIS has mailed the card and it should arrive within about 3-5 days so you could wait until then to do the vacation hold.
