Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Soon, hopefully that interviewer is not on vacation or quit or move to location. Pray!

I made an appointment to find out what's taking so long. Hopefully I can give them the birth certificate in person.

adjudication for your casefile type is done in another part of the building, by a different crew, not the crew you will see on your appointment. bear that in mind, plan accordingly, be certain to ask for floor shift supervisor.

I didn't know that. I wonder if my mail even got to the right person. I sent it twice to the exact address on the return letter and both times it failed to be recieved. I changed it to floor 2 (it didn't have a specific floor on the return address) since that's where my interview was and it was finally able to be delivered. Edited by 10pmStalker

reminder: lockbox dropoff not requirement appointment, easy to get inside, tell the guards you are there to use the drop box.

now, what you PUT into the lockbox is important, and how it's addressed is important,

but hey. takes a day to route through to someone's desk.

I'm not sure how to address it if I were to put it in the lockbox. Would think I just need the address on the return paper right?

Thank you for your replies. Big help knowing these options.
