I have to go back in an hour to do another interview. The first one said she only had 25 minutes per couple. We went to FedEx and printed more old email and months of bank statements. Dont know what else to say or do

There is no 25-min limit, they can spend whole day with you if they want to do so. Maybe something triggers her decision to move your interview to another slot.
