Hi everyone, I really need some helps with my situation. Hope someone could answer my concern here. So, we got an interview back in Sep 2014, then we had a house visit from USCIS in Nov 2014 and they said we have to wait for their decision in mail but nothing happened since. It has been around 6 months. Right now, I am applying for a new job, and my Working permit will be expired in July 2015. I dont know if I can re-apply the Working Permit again if USCIS still does not have any decision when my Working Permit expired? Thanks

You can renew your EAD while your case is ongoing.
