Hang in there guys! Our NOA1 was 1/22 and we got our NOA2 on 10/22. I have to say, that waiting for the NOA2, particularly when you move towards and then out of normal processing time is incredibly stressful, frustrating, etc. Hang in there!

For all those waiting on a response in regards to submitting an inquiry i got one recently. They didnt respond to my first inquiry so i submitted a 2nd one once they past the deadline of my first inquiry. Their response to my 2nd inquiry was that they can't go forward with my case until the background checks are completed. That if i dont hear nothing in 6 months to give them a call. LOL. Good thing we've moved on from the k-1.

Sent I-129F: December 29, 2014

I-129F received: January 2, 2015

NOA1 (TSC): January 5, 2015

RFE (electronic): July 15, 2015

RFE (paper): July 20, 2015 - RFE: "initial" - prove citizenship. TSC lost my birth certificate :/

RFE response received: July 23, 2015

NOA2 - APPROVED!: July 29, 2015 (205 days)

NOA2 (paper): August 3, 2015

Case sent to DoS: August 3, 2015

Case sent to Embassy: August 21, 2015

Case Received by Embassy: August 24, 2015

Packet 3 Received: September 8, 2015

Packet 3 Sent: September 10, 2015

Packet 4 Received: September 14, 2015

Interview - APPROVED!: October 27, 2015 (295 days)

Case Status: Admin. Processing Oct. 28&29, Issued Oct. 30

Visa Received: November 4, 2015

Point of Entry: November 13th @ Newark on the way to Denver!

Wedding: December 26th with my family in Maine!

Wedding Party: July 2nd, 2016 with both families + friends!

Congratulations! Your petition has arrived safely at the TSC...

Good to hear that Sukanya, I;ll have my interview on Nov 25 took me along time waiting for police certificate both Thailand and Australia ones.

Now so nervous . After NOA2 im sure things gonna be quick be prepare! :)

Thanks! I think I'm gonna have the interview at the Mumbai Consulate.

Good to hear that Sukanya, I;ll have my interview on Nov 25 took me along time waiting for police certificate both Thailand and Australia ones.

Hi all,

we are January filer too.

Now, after a l0 months journey I will finally leave tomorrow,Sunday my country and will fly to the US. I'm so glad to see and be together with my other half :-)

The waiting was not always easy.

But we made it. :-)
