Hey all, January 22nd NOA1 one here. Been on here for the past 7 months but haven't posted anything yet...the past couple of weeks have started getting really really rough seeing everyone else get trough. Even on the USCIS case tracking app everyone around our receipt number has been approved or RFEd and nothin here:(

Just needing to vent a bit I guess...really frustrated at the system today. Sigh

Hi! I'm a January 20th filer and nothing yet so hang in there. I know it is really frustrating.

Thanks very much to rachel&david, Squamish and StephanieC for your helpful comments.
Today I downloaded the consent form from my US Congressman's website and I'm going to ask that his office intervene on our behalf. I know inquiries from Congressional staffers might have limited impact, but it's worth it at this point. Nothing to lose.

Thanks again for taking the time to give me your helpful thoughts and guidance. I really appreciate it.

i-751 Sent 1/7/19
i-751 Received 1/9/19
Check Cashed 1/14/19
(G-1145 Email Receipt of case #: Never Received)
1/15/19: Called USCIS and given EAC Case Number

Hey Eric! I am a January 13th filer and still haven't heard!:/

Congrats again to all those who received their approvals.

We are January 13 NOA1. No Approval nor RFE for us.

Is there anyone here left in the mid-January time frame who has not had thei case acted upon? I ask only to try to determine when I should contact my Congressman and ask him to intervene to determine what happened to us.

If anyone has any opinions....how much longer should I wait? (I don't want to involve my Congressman until something is really wrong.) I just don't know what to do.

Jan 28 Filer and just need a quick place to get it all out...

Hired a lawyer because I wanted to know for sure I'd done everything possible to bring my love here. Worst idea ever. She's done nothing at all but collect her money.

Went to see him for a couple of weeks in June/July.... Right when Jan filers first started hearing. He's amazing and I'm so in love. Came back pregnant! Joy and happiness and even more anxiety to get him here ASAP.

Yesterday was exactly 6 months from filing. Yesterday I was told I'm having a miscarriage. Today I'm looking for the strength to get up and have hope that today will be the day.

Someone already said how much each morning is filled with hope only to have each night after 11pm be filled with sadness.

Yesterday I found myself looking for jobs abroad. Anywhere. Other countries CANT do this to their citizens, right?! Make them wait for months and lie to them?!

I believe in God. I'm praying but it's just hard. Thought waiting 6 months was the hard part.... Nope. It's what is hopefully the final days.

My thoughts are with all of those who filed before me. Hope today is your day! Thanks to those who post on here. I lurk, read, laugh, and curse with you all. Love is amazing and gives us strength.

I'm so sorry! Hang in there. It looks like they're averaging approvals in the 190's day mark. So you're almost there. I'd say you guys will more than likely hear something within the next two weeks. And it's amazing when you get notified! What a feeling it is! :)

I would highly suggest you stay in the United States to bring him here once you go abroad to work it'll be so hard to bring him here you have to prove residency you have to prove you have a job you have to prove so many things that would be a big mistake you just have to wait two more weeks you'll be fine

I waited 294 days so they are averaging 6 months to 6 & a half month for Texas service center the visajourney timeline is pretty true and accurate they have got it down pretty close within a few days I'm surprised they do such a good job at it

Hundred ninety four days Correction

You're in Florida same as me you'd want to go through immigration in Tampa or Miami somewhere in Florida it's better for you you have better chance of with the interview process here

I think six months-ish is really not bad for a government process like this, it's fairly quick, when you consider the nature of bureaucracy and how many people are applying for US visas. I was expecting it to take longer than it did, to be honest.

4/21/2016 - Got green card! :) No immigration worries til 2018!
