I was just thinking the same thing. Suddenly each day is a little painful.

Since we sent in the I-129F I assumed it would be almost a year to wait so I just sort of put it out of my head. Now that it seems to be getting close, I'm checking my e-mail and the online Case Status thingy at USCIS website four times a day. :clock::) . Kind of silly to do that, I know.....
Somehow there is comfort reading about others here who are feeling the same way; but, I hope we all get good news soon!!!! Preferably on the same day!!!!!

I check mine at least 4 times a day too! Its getting obsessive but I don't know how much more I can stand this especially when I see how many that were sent to the CSC were already approved within a matter of weeks. I am waiting along with everyone of you!

I'm hoping for approval on or before July 31st, I made a countdown timer, and I check it every morning, it makes me feel a little better.

countdown to july 31st:

I'm worried because the instructions I followed did not say I needed her intent to marry letter in the packet, just mine (before I found this site). I mailed one to them as soon as I figured it out, I hope they got it.

Hi ozarkflyer:

After I read your last entry i wanted to do a little research for you to see what is recommended. I am no expert, but here are my thoughts. There are two ways this will work out for you.

1. They got the Intent to Marry letter and it's in your file. So all is well.

2. They didn't get it. if that happens, when your file is reviewed they will send you an RFE (Request for Evidence) asking you to send your fiance's Letter of Intent to Marry. If so, send in a new one right away. Since your file is actually on someone's desk when an RFE is sent to you, the Intent to Marry letter will get to that case worker right away. So, it may delay things a few weeks, but it's not like you go back to the end of the line and have to wait another five months. My understanding is the RFE process works fast. So, even if they don't have it, if you send the Intent letter to them right away should they ask for it, then it's not likely to cause massive delay.

That's not an expert opinion, but I think, perhaps, I've got it right based on stuff I read in the forums after I saw your post.

If anyone else has some other opinions please post and let ozarkflyer know. We don't want our fellow January TSC'ers to be worrying too much!!!!

Question: Do people get their approvals on Monday evenings? I've been usually only seeing Wed, Thurs, Fri approvals... or maybe that's just what I've been noticing.

Here's to a FULL week of A LOT of January approvals!! B-)

Approvals happen every Mon-Fri (barring holidays). I think it's just coincidence of the late week notice.

Can't wait to see you get yours :)
