it doesn't need it, but I figured I'd just give it to them. I worry they might lose anything they send to her.

As for my check list is everything there correct?

I found this internal document on the USCIS website and it says that a G-325A without the beneficiary's signature is acceptable and can be signed at the time of interview. I am in the same situation and posted this question to the VJ community and the general consensus was its better to have the form with signature. However, in theory, they do have a process where they should not RFE a G325A without a signature. Here's the link to the document on the USCIS website.

Just registered. But I've been referencing this site for awhile now. Thanks EVERYONE!

I feel my reply to you is out of context with this thread but ...Thank you nimble! You are an excellent researcher. I'll be sure to attach that memo with the G-325A if I go that route. I've already sent bios with both our signatures along with the I-130. Now that my wife has returned to Japan, because she doesn't want to be without work, her bio has changed. I was wondering if it would be wrong to just send a copy of the first G-325A while submitting the I-129F for K3. My thinking is to avoid any discrepencies in the paperwork and that her signature is already on it.

I just got a speeding ticket from a pig yesterday going 17 over the limit. I paid the fine, but they say I have 2 points on my license.

Will this have an impact on my record and slow this process down? or do they even check on this? I heard they check for criminal history and stuff, but what about a speeding ticket?

I am worried they will see this little violation and slow down my process. :help:

As a Law Enforcement Officer; (or "PIG" as you so eloquently put it), I can assure you that a speeding ticket is NOTHING to be concerned about. OMVWI (DUI), or traffic crimes...maybe, depends on the offense and the number.

There are several of us in Law Enforcement who are going through this process just like everyone else is, and are VJ members.
