If you fill in the form on-line, when you print it off, all 4 pages print automatically.

The form needs to be filled out completely, yes, including employment info.

If she fills out the forms on the computer, the computer will fill out page 2 through 4 for you.

If she fills out the forms by hand she has to fill out every single one of them...

the problem in order for her to meet up with me she had to resign from her job because they wouldn't let her take a 2 week vacation. So I didn't make her fill that part out. Now she found new job though.

If I type the rest of the 3 pages on the computer how will I get her signature on to it??? I am thinking about sending the G325A pdf to her and have her fill out the 4 pages again and send it back to me via snail mail. What should I do. :help:

Letter of intent, same thing....how do I get a signature from her for that? email the letter to her and then have her send it back to me?

I guess I can send her the G325A form in pdf. and she has to print it off again and send it to me via snail mail. but will she have to fill out each page or just only the signature part?

Employment how do I have her explain or how do I explain about it???

Letter of intent, same thing...email the letter to her and then have her send it back to me?

If she fills out the forms on the computer she only has to fill out page 1... the computer will automatically fill out the other 3 pages for her...

She has to sign all four of them.

If i was you I would send her the letter of intent and the G-325 via email and have her send it back the fastest way possible

Have her fill out the G-325A online in full. She will only have to fill out the first page, then when you print it, it automatically prints out the 4 pages. She can then sign all 4 pages and mail them (or courier them) to you.

Yes, you can email her the letter of intent, she can print if off, and sign it.

Employment section is just name of company and dates worked there. Start with the most recent employer, and go from there.

To sum up what I read in this rather round-about thread:

1.) You need to fill out your own G-325A completely and print and sign all four for yourself.

2.) Send her the pdf or the link to the pdf, have her fill in the document completely (as mentioned, if she does it using acrobat, she types in the info on page 1 and it will appear on pages 2,3,and 4 on its own), print, sign, and mail it back to you.

2.A) It doesn't matter if she is currently employed or not. The G-325A is not a check to see if she has employment, they just want the history. Whether or not she found a new job, she's had at least one, per what you wrote. If she doesn't have a job, then the first line would simply say "none" with the date she left her last job through the "present." the second line would be the job she just left. DON'T LEAVE BLANKS on the forms - the instructions clearly say the forms should say either "N/A" or "none" if they would otherwise be left blank for lack of answer.

3.) Send her the letter of intent - have her print and sign and mail it back to you.

4.) You only need one of the passport photos for each of you.

Also for the period of unemployment, just write unemployed. So new job she has, unemployed, old job she quit etc. You need to write it on all 4 pages and sign all 4 pages. Since she needs to do that, might as well have her sign the letter of intent to make sure you dont get an RFE for that as well. Check out the guides, they have samples of all the forms filled out which I found really helpful. AND they saved me from my fiance asking 500 questions about the forms as well ;)

You need a letter of intent from both you and your fiancee. She must sign hers and you must sign yours. There are great examples on VisaJourney under "DOWNLOADS" see link below.

They open using Microsoft Word and I simply put in our information, Name, addresses, dates etc-print and sign. They are very straight forward. You can add to it or not or write your own.

Yesterday I sent her the pdf G325A form and I also written a letter of intent, which I will let her alter and sign. She will then have to send it back to me using China Post. She send me B-day cards and Christmas cards it tooks 2 weeks to receive the bday card, but the Christmas card took about a month to get. The forms I'll have to go over it with her this weekend on how to fill out certain parts.

Roughly how long will that take me to receive the parcel/envelope???

Als, to summarize what I have and need, here is what I have:

1) I-129F form filled out by me

2) photocopy of my birth certificate

3) photocopy of my passport

4) pictures of us together

5) airplane ticket stubs from both me and her

6) her ID picture/passport photo

7) her residental address written in chinese

The bold is stuff I need to get for myself and from her:

1) G-325A forms filled out by me and her

2) letters of intent from both of us.

What else will I need? I don't want to keep or make this get delayed. I want this process to run as smooth as possible. :help:

I literally just finished putting mine together to send on Monday--so I'm just going over my list to compare

Did you include the downloaded and customized Cover Letter which lists what is included in the package in order?

Don't forget the check--signed and made out to United States Department of Homeland Security?

Any answers to any questions that would not fit on the forms that required an extra sheet of paper to finish them--example-question #18 how you met, or for me it was my kids names wouldn't fit in the space provided--if you had to add sheets make sure they are signed and dated.

DId you make sure you and your fiancee wrote/typed NONE in spaces for Wife or Husband--I didn't notice until later it says to put NONE if so stated (if you don't have a wife or husband)

Did you remember to right dates, names, places on back of each picture?

On plane itineraries or emails---highlight important information like to and from names, dates, flight dates etc. just makes it easier to find the info at a glance.

Hope this helps

Yeay mine is done done done

Best of luck!!

Angel
