What about the letter of intent?

Do you have the 2 USCIS style Pictures of you and 2 of your fiance?

How about a signed letter of intent to marry within 90 days of her arrival in the USA, one from you and one from her?

After my visit with my fiancee last summer, that was the only thing missing, I had her do one, and send it to me, so that I could include it in our package. She photographed the letter, and emailed it to me, I sent the photo of it with our petition, we got no RFE for that, we were just lucky on that one, and would not recommend it to others.

What about the letter of intent?

Do you have the 2 USCIS style Pictures of you and 2 of your fiance?

Only 1 passport photo each is needed. See: http://www.uscis.gov/files/article/04_08_02Photo_flyer.pdf

And that is what I sent with our petition.

As is said I don't recommend the copy, they can RFE you for the original, you could do like I did, and have her mail you the origional in the case that you do get an RFE for it. I was just lucky that the adjudicator did not have a problem of our obvious photograph.

We will have new ones for the visa interview in a few weeks.

Good luck with your case!

I highly, highly recommend that you check out http://candleforlove.com many people with very good advise for interviewing in Guangzhou. Read as much as you can there to prepare. Not many consulates have a board devoted to them like that board, there is even a member on the board that is a Visa Interview Officer that works at the Guangzhou consulate that weighs in from time to time with very good advise. Also two members there have apartments for rent in Guangzhou in the same building as the consulate immigrations interview section.

RFE = Request for evidence

Good luck to you guys

the G325A I had her fill out 1 of the 4 pages and she signed the first page. Did all 4 pages needed to be filled out and need her signature??? If thats the case what should I do?

I don't want to get RFEed.

You will need all 4 copies of the G-325A signed by your fiance, not just one. And they must all be original signatures, or you will get an RFE for that.

You (the US citizen) also need 4 copies of your own G-325A, which I did not see mentioned on your original list.

Not just 4 copies of page 1, but the 4 slightly different pages of the G-325A form, each page goes to different sections of USCIS, and DOS. In the old days this would be a 4 color 4 part carbon less form, that by signing hard on the top copy the signature gets transfered to the other 4 pages, since you printed out one from the internet you need to sign each of the 4 pages separately. Again 1 4 page form for you and 1 4 page form for her.

Does she need to fill the information out on the other 3 pages or just need her signature on those 3 pages?

I guess I'll have to send her the PDF to print and then send back to me using snail mail.

Also I notice she didn't fill out the employment part on the form, will I get RFE for that??
