Don't have a clue why the Filipino rep would ask for the NOA2 as it is not needed for the interview process... no one (aside from you) is asked from it. But if you feel the need to bring the NOA2 bring only a copy, keep the original safe as it is needed later in the STates.

As always, thanks for the tip, Hank. Will do. :)

2X2 passport photos are listed in the embassy instructions letter, what you sent to USCIS has ZERO bearing on the process at USEM

There is no reason to arrive 1.5 hours early, 30-45 is more than enough, if the embassy isn't open yet when you line up the guards will arrange people by visa type and appointment times, once the embassy is open things move fairly smoothly.

ok :) but based on my experience, Filipino consul never asked for my 2x2 passport photos and MRV receipt.

I guess it's case to case basis and it depends with the consul. Some beneficiaries whom I met, and included w2, form 1040 to their I-129F never asked for those either.

Anyway, good luck to your interview Twinkie:) God bless u :)

Yes it is always case by case, best what to approach the interview is having everything at hand that is listed in the Embassy Instructions Letter. I would never base preparedness upon someone else's experience.

Is it fine if the ds 160 is printed in just black and white? I have three copies.

I have one that was printed in colored copy. The other two were just black and white

12. Form 1040 2012 (6pages) Form 1040 2013 (6pages)

13. w2 2013 (3pages) w2 2014 (2pages)

1) are they the TOTAL number of pages or you made copies?

2) Does anything from the requirements need to be photocopied and submitted? I don't remember anything had to be photocopied and submitted in the Feb 2015 update http://photos.state.gov/libraries/manila/1178798/feb2015/K1-K2%20Applicant%20Interview%20Preparation%20Instructions%20-%20English%20_February%202015_.pdf

3) Also, you mentioned that you only have the CD and the vaccine sheets. Are you bringing the CD and vaccine sheets to the interview? Thanks. :)

1 - you only need a (one) copy of the most recent tax return and W-2, number of pages for the tax return vary by person filing.

2- Copies are fine for everything except where the embassy requires original documents (NSO BC & CENOMAR, NBI), read the embassy instructions letter.

3- Keep the DS-3025 and (the usless) CD with your personal documents, not needed for the interview.

The Embassy Instructions letter (IV) states the need 3 2x2 photos, one of which will go on the Medical Report. Is this set of three in addition to the ones the wife gave at SLEC? Or are we okay with the set we gave at SLEC?

You will give a set to SLEC and bring the rest to the interview. If USEM needs them they will take them from you at interview. If not bring them with you as you will need them for other applications.

Supposedly SLEC collected the necessary 3 passport photos, but with us to be on the safe side we brought 3 with us to the embassy as well.... don't remember if they took them. :)
