Maybe they can use the money they were going to put into this, and the new hires to USCIS to process our freaking applications, clear AP and give our family members visas!!

They should worry about legal immigration first before illegal immigration.

Actually, a new service center was to be opened (to start working sometime in the summer, to work on the illegal immigrant stuff and then with other applications), but with this being halted, I'm not sure if that'll go as planned.

With the same amount of service centers as there currently are, instead of having an extra one that will possibly shorten timelines in the future.

AGREED !!!! DACA slowed us down back in 2013... I was getting nervous for all those who are waiting for approvals. I wish they would just get rid of the executive action. IMO it is so unfair to those of us who followed the law and filed the legal way. Its really a slap in the face how the illegals get to stay put and get handed everything. My husband had to wait it out in his country. So much for doing the right thing...

I disagree with poster KJEret,

First, the "Supreme Court" of the USA, or a higher court (court of appeals) can stop this "madman!"

And this time he will be stopped! He does not have Harry Reid, keeping legislation from getting in his hands, and the American People will truly see what this man is, and "I feel sure, I know what he is, but will not state my opinion.

One Federal Judge has made him look "silly," now, this has been appealed to a "very conservative appeals court" and he will lose there for sure. Then on to the Supreme Court, and they will refuse to hear it, over and ""DONE!""

He can look for much more of this, as the party in power, now has some values, maybe obama should just go play golf!

It is simply not fair to people who suffered so many months, and paid all their fees, to get a visa the "right way" and to make 4-5 million people that "should be on the other side of a wall, across the southern US border" (woops, obama does not want illegals kept out, so no fence) here in the USA legally, by using ""his pen"" will not work, now that the party in power is there to stop the "liberal madman!"

Boiler, you are "spot on" with your post, as obama is not a President "of all the people" just a select few. I CANNOT bring myself to capitalize his name, the worst President in the history of the USA, as time will tell, and people will see WHO this guy obama really is!!!
