I like to believe that this is great news for us!

Hopefully this executive order will be fully revoked in time. At least now it's being held at bay for the time being.

USCIS at TSC process those K-1's while you have the time!

Very interesting... I really hope the lawsuit has teeth. A president shouldn't be allowed to stomp on the law.

Good news to some bad to others, I think the envelope got pushed

with the announcements the undocumented that worked & could

not file for refunds B4 was going to be able to file for 4 yrs back return,

and this yr many Americans lost refunds to child-support, student

loans etc seemingly a lot so far this year. Returns, work permits &

license was making those waiting in and outside the country in a

orderly manner angry....This is on pause, ..Congress should now step

in and get a proper reform in place and securing the borders much more

Just for a few days.

The president can do whatever he wants to do! He can just veto anything. He has been the only president in history to make the least executive decision for anything ppl don't Agree with. I can't say I agree with the daca/dapa because I don't for the simple reason....illegals should go about it the right way. That includes children as well. No matter how we look at it...they can't stop the president they can only slow him down.

Sadly children can't help the situation they are put or born into. But it should be handled differently, not in a way that will disrupt an already crippled process. Seems the US president has far more power than the people feel he should (and I agree, from an outsider's standpoint). I don't know what the answer is, but I do know that overloading an already backlogged process (and throwing money at the problem that the US doesn't really have) is not the answer.

Racist and inhumane... especially those who call the president a dictator. I guess that is what you get for being a person who cares about other people instead of politics and own wealth.

It isn't like this is going to speed up the process...it is just not going to slow it down for a little bit.

Who knows, USCIS might have already assigned people to work on this and they now might just sit there doing nothing waiting for them to come in....god only knows.

Maybe they can use the money they were going to put into this, and the new hires to USCIS to process our freaking applications, clear AP and give our family members visas!!

They should worry about legal immigration first before illegal immigration.
