That's fantastic news !!!!! :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

Normally a K-1 means a quick trip through NVC.... insha'allah it will only be a matter of a few weeks before Casa gets the case back and sets you up for a new interview.

I am so happy for you both.... Way To Go !!!! :dance::thumbs::yes:

Actually with a reaffirmed petition, it skips the NVC altogether and goes directly to the consulate along with a recommendation to issue a visa! It can take about 4 weeks or so before Casa will call him with his new interview date.

I'm soooooo happy and excited for you Ella!!! :dance::dance::dance::dance:

Exactly how long has VSC had this returned petition? I'm asking because there are so many I know of out of VSC waiting on word of their returned K1 petition...waiting longer than 6-8 months.
