Fee Waiver - Proof of Income

I am looking into the possibility of applying for a fee waiver for Citizenship under the guideline that we are below 150% Poverty Level for our household size. I've been a green card holder for five years and I feel it is the time to become a US Citizen. The question I am asking the members on visajourney since the people at the USCIS couldn't help me is:

My two stepsons both receive Social Security and one of them also receives Supplemental Security Income because of a mental disability. Do I have to include their incomes from these programs along with the recent tax return as proof of household income? If so what specific evidence do you think the USCIS needs to show this income? Thanks.

I just received my citizenship after an 8 month process. I applied using a fee waiver!

All I did was fill out the fee waiver form, and attach copies of our tax return. It showed all that they needed to grant me the fee waiver.
