your welcome.

i don't deny it, because it is true. i've seen both sides.

there's nothing this emperor is doing that other emperors before him haven't done as well.

you can take it to the bank that idgaf about what other americans think of my opinion. i'm just as american as they are, much to everyone's dismay huh.

perception and reality are two different things, but only one can be manipulated by the t.v.

hey, don't complain, it's your campaign slogan not mine.

Careful, that could be considered an insult and result in moderator action.

oh well. i'm not going to save the world via vj by keeping mod's happy. i've an agenda. onward.

The issue with immigration is that there are so many loopholes one can get away with almost everything.

But I haven't found the loop whole yet. Until I find it, my husband and I are unable to benefit.

I don't think there is one for him... He's not from a VWP country, has no B visa... Which only shows how unfair the system really is.

Have you hired a lawyer? In the endless sea of immigration lawyers out there, there are a couple of good ones. I feel your pain as I filed for K1 in 2013, and my fiance's daughter aged out when the consulate returned our petition to the USCIS before she was able to interview. To date, we have not been provided an explanation as to why it was returned. We followed legal advice and married last year and filed another petition. Waterboarding torture? This is worse, because we all survive and live in it each and every single day.

The system is fair to people here on VWP or B visas as well. As fate would have it, her husband is not in Mexico, doesn't hold a VWP passport nor possesses a B visa.

The system is fair to people who enter illegally via Mexico.

Not yet. I have received information on a couple of good ones. I am waiting to see what USCIS tells my Congressman's Office first and then I am going to retain one based off of what the response is.

I'm sorry your step daughter aged out.

They get to stay. :(

Nor is he from Central America either. They are getting some good benefits lately from migrating here illegally as well.
