Federal judge stalls Obama's executive action on immigration

We are the only nation on earth that puts so much power into the hands of one single human being, who is not supposed to have the power to reject petitions already approved by the USCIS, but nevertheless does it every day and is shielded from accountability by that f-ing law, and the petitioner and beneficiary are NEVER allowed due process.

Which makes due process useless. They say because the spouse is a foreigner, but I am a U.S. citizen. By denying my spouse, you are denying me. But we can use judges to hear cases for people who are in the U.S. illegally and have no citizen connections at all?

MADNESS! :ranting::protest::protest::ranting::ranting::protest:

something has to be done about immigration status of those daca affects. i don't disagree that we need to work on immigration reform across the board. it's only a one or the other type deal because no one actually wants to put their political neck out there to make moves. now there's an immigration story that never changes.

He spread a message that most Americans are unfamiliar. His videos are informative and factual. Unfortunately, no one, including Dennis ever touches the people who get screwed for taking the legal path. Thousands of Americans and LPR get screwed every single day by a corrupt immigration system that favors those who come here illegally.

Keep singing that song and repeat the chorus over and over to the husbands and wives, sisters and brothers whose family members live abroad and are separated from their loved ones. Sing it to the illegal bastards who sneak across and catch bus rides and planes courtesy the US government. Sing it to those same folks who are collecting food stamps and government aid from government dollars. I know you're a lib so let me help you: governments don't make money. They take money from people who actually work and make a living.

i'm not singing anything. you're the one on the karoke mic.

again, i don't deny that there are plenty of family members separated from their loved ones. i just also happen to recognize the benefit in the executive action. both areas need attention. both areas get nothing but rants about takers and who deserves to be here and who doesn't. end of the day, we have to deal with the situation at hand, in it's present reality - not the 'oh noes we're being invaded by lazy mexicans!!!' nightmare you're so fond of.

Thanks.

Why not deny it? Your objections would make more sense if you did.

i just also happen to recognize the benefit in the executive action.

Who benefits from an emperor who ignores the will of Americans?

You can take to the bank that those who follow the laws of America will find your thinking flawed and comical.

end of the day, we have to deal with the situation at hand, in it's present reality -

The majority of Americans do not share your reality.

not the 'oh noes we're being invaded by lazy mexicans!!!' nightmare you're so fond of.

Mexicans? Really? I thought they were coming from South America, Central America, Cuba, and Disneyland?

The issue with immigration is that there are so many loopholes one can get away with almost everything.

Which makes due process useless. They say because the spouse is a foreigner, but I am a U.S. citizen. By denying my spouse, you are denying me. But we can use judges to hear cases for people who are in the U.S. illegally and have no citizen connections at all?
