Receiving state insurance for baby while I-129F pending?

I filed my I-129F back in July of 2014, received my NOA1 on July 23, 2014. As of today still no NOA2, despite filing in inquiry in late December only to be told on January 16, 2015, the TSC is still within their time limits so they threw out my inquiry. I found out I was pregnant a few weeks after we mailed off the I-129F which was quite a surprise but a blessing nonetheless. I really thought the process would be finished up timely and we might possibly be able to get married before our daughter is born, but now that she's due in just five short weeks it's very obvious that isn't going to happen. No telling how much longer TSC is going to drag this out and that's just half of the battle. My question is this: When the baby is born and if I enroll her in Sooner Care which is the Oklahoma insurance sponsored through our DHS, is that going to cause a denial of the visa because it's considered government assistance? I can insure her through my work but at the cost of $400 a month and there is now way I can afford that. Anybody have any experience like this that can give me some answers?

A US citizen child receiving medicaid (or similar state insurance) has no impact on your application.

I make $23,920 per year and my mom is going to file an additional affidavit of support if that's not enough to do it on my own. It's $11.50 per hour.

It isn't enough for 3 people. You'd need a minimum of $25,113 if this will be your only child so far.

If your mother isn't supporting anyone else, she'll need $19,913 a year for 2 people (her + your fiancé)
