Am still again wondering what's goin' on California Service Center that until now i still have no notice for my AOS since it was transferred there July 14th, 2006...Everytime my husband call they tell him just wait for notice coz my case is pending, nothing can do but wait...maximum wait is 2 years thats what operator said.Hope i'll get it soon,..God Bless and Goodluck to all of us.

Two years?! Ugh! We haven't been waiting nearly as long but I feel your pain in the lack of information we can get on what the heck is going on over there. I hope you hear something soon!

Mike, a 7 month wait for a CSC transferee is not usual.

I remember there's an email address at the CSC you can send an inquiry to regarding the status of your case. I don't have it right now but a browse of the old posts under the CSC Transferee topic could bring this info to light. I'll try to check on it as soon as I get a chance.

08/17/08: Mailed N400 to TSC

08/19/08: USPS attempted delivery

08/20/08: TSC received N400

08/21/08: TSC cashed check

09/02/08: Received NOA...........Priority date: 08/20/08

..............................................Notice date : 08/22/08

09/02/08: Received Biometrics Notification

09/18/08: Biometrics completed - Charlotte DO

10/24/08: Received Interview Letter

12/08/08: Interview @ 1:00pm. APPROVED!

01/05/09: Oath Ceremony 10:00AM. Now officially a USC!!!

01/17/09: Applied for US Passport and passport card

Try sending an email to CSC-XII.485@dhs.gov. Good luck! Hope you find encouraging info on your case status.

No, it's not an unusual time to wait. But I'm sure you've noticed others on here who have had 45 and 31 day approvals who filed waaaaaaaaaaaay after us July filers. That's the frustrating part...there's no way they can claim to be processing them "in the order they are received".
