Scan Dates & Case Completes (CC)

Ugh what I wouldn't do for a CC this week. Husband has plane tickets to fly here on April 23rd for a week. We both decided if we got a CC soon and got an interview date instead, losing that money on a plane ticket and not coming would be so worth it! IF big IF i were to get a CC this week or next week, how does the interview date set up work? Like I see zero people in here or any other forums that are awaiting a CC or Visa interview in Amsterdam. When would I expect a interview April? May?

Same situation here. Can't see any other users with a CC or awaiting an interview date from the UK. That said, we have to remember not everyone updates their timelines accurately or signs up to spreadsheet tracking projects like the one ariani set up here. The quickest I've seen so far (not DCF or expedited) was around three weeks. I'd maybe go with late April or early May as a conservative estimate.

I forgot to mention that the operator that confirmed our CC yesterday was the same one that two days later called us all liars and told us we wouldn't receive it until at least April 16th... that's karma!

Ill wait it off till this friday..if by then i get no surprise, i will take action.

Make sure to keep us updated.

A question guys.

My scan date is 27th Feb 2015.

My husband has attached paystubs in AOS package but he had forgot to change his marital status at job and hence in paystubs marital status is "Single". He has filed 2014 incometax where he has filed as Married but filing seperately.

So ideally in Incometax filing and everywhere his status is married but in paystubs its not

Very nervous!

Will that lead to a checklist?

my job will not let me change to married until my husband has a ss #, it plainly states that in the instructions and HR department told me nothing I can do , no biggie so I wouldn't worry about it at all. I didn't get a checklist for it and I sent 6 months worth of paystubs.

Are your timeline dates correct? You have listed that you sent your AOS package on 1/24/15 & your IV package on 3/5/15. I'm not sure how your scan date would be January 5th. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought the scan date normally goes by the last package received, so that would make it sometime shortly after March 5th ??

Anyone care to weigh in?

Hi there

Sorry i guess i messed up with dates, corrected now! Scan date of last package was January 5th 2015.

Still nothing at all. Have been calling them everyday!

Hey ariani I cannot access google doc from work so don't know if you updated my scan date but I got a confirmation that they received my doc on 3/23. I might be the first person on the list with a scan date of the corrected documents occuring before the checklist date 3/25 lol

Now the wait starts all over again for a cc! Hope I get get it in a month since NVC has picked up the pace.

Congrats to all my scan date buddies who are getting CCs today! I echo the sentiment that although I was (and still am) over the moon about my CC yesterday my heart goes out to those of you who seem to have been "skipped over" or how ever we want to explain it. However much or little it helps, we're thinking of you.

And we thank you for that :-) I am so happy for everyone moving on in the process. There is no way that I could be so bitter about the NVC's mess ups that I would not celebrate everyone's advancement!

Good News, We received our interview Letter today scheduled for May 5th, 7AM in Islamabad, Alhamdulilah (Thank God)

Anybody know what the date in the email subject line is, look like this (STD P4 APP (15OCT2014))?

Also it says in the required documents that the Financial Evidence is (I) incomplete but we got a checklist for it and actually did my taxes for the current year and even sent those in, Does my wife just need to take in the tax papers again?

Hang in there brothers and sisters, the patience will pay off
