FINALLY.... We have an interview date!! I just got off the phone with NVC just to see if they scheduled one and "Jake" said "perfect timing, we just scheduled it today"

MONDAY, MAY 18th @ 7:30 am --- now I can start to plan and know how much time I have left to get everything organized.

Good luck to the rest of you and ariani if you would be so kind to update the spreadsheet with this info, and thank you for your diligence and willingness to keep us all straight!

I wish you good luck with interview!!!!!!! finally we all will get there :)

Self-filed, but I didn't think having an attorney sped the process up in terms of the 60 day wait...

That's rt having an attorney might save you from getting checklist at NVC.

I have 3 N/As!!!!!!!!!! This literally happened in the last 10 minutes because I had just checked! On hold now.

Not true. I have no attorney, my joint sponsor paid for an attorney to do her part so she wouldn't mess it up. We got a checklist for her part. Not mine.

Not true. I have no attorney, my joint sponsor paid for an attorney to do her part so she wouldn't mess it up. We got a checklist for her part. Not mine.

Well may be attorney didn't do his job than. I've an attorney and he did everything for us.. no checklist.

Our AOS fee changed over night from "paid" to "N/A", hoping it is a CC and not a system glitch!

Will call as soon as they open to confirm.

Scan date for checklist was Feb. 13th.

got a checklist on march 23 (scan date kan 20) for putting n/a instead of year 2013 on part 6 box 13 a. I thought it is not applicable since hubby did not make any income in 2013.

spoke to a supervisor who advised to send an expedite request to embassy to see if embassy would allow to bring the corrected aos to interview rather than waiting for another 60 days.

Beyond sad :(
