Same scan date as me! No CC for me yet tho :( Heres to hoping soon! Did call today and got the 60 day BS schpeel again. Better then saying I got another checklist i guess? :cry:

Oct 09/2014 - Rec'vd welcome letter from NVC with Case number.
Oct 10/2014 - Filled in DS-261 form
Oct 18/2014 - Paid AOS fees

I have 3 N/As!!!!!!!!!! This literally happened in the last 10 minutes because I had just checked! On hold now.

FINALLY.... We have an interview date!! I just got off the phone with NVC just to see if they scheduled one and "Jake" said "perfect timing, we just scheduled it today"

MONDAY, MAY 18th @ 7:30 am --- now I can start to plan and know how much time I have left to get everything organized.

Good luck to the rest of you and ariani if you would be so kind to update the spreadsheet with this info, and thank you for your diligence and willingness to keep us all straight!

Interview Result :APPROVED!!!
Visa Received : 4/13/2016 ( they sent us a email stating our visa was ready for pick up)

US Entry :4/29/2016 
Social Security : 5/10/2016 (filed from the actual office)
State ID: 5/14/2016
Started working!!: 5/25/2016
Finally paid green card fee: 6/24/2016 ( note said we will receive it within 60 days)
Green card in hand: 7/5/2016 10 year green card we done!! 

1st king born: 6/30/2016

April 2017 update: Marriage still going strong, baby boy getting bigger. Life is good

Okay, so I didn't want to talk about it immediately when it happened, but my original scan date was January 13...on March 11 my husband and I got a checklist for not putting the income in part 6 box 5 into part 6 box 10 on the i864. I sent in the corrected papers and my checklist scan date was March 13. At the same time, I sent in an expedite, my third now (the first was denied and the second was approved at the interview stage only) and it was approved yesterday and all the papers were sent to the embassy today!!!!! :dancing: We are just waiting on an interview date now!!!!! YAAAAY! My husband can be here for the birth of our first son!

I requested an expedite because I am currently pregnant and my husband and I are expecting our first son in the last week of May. I have been suffering from intense stress and anxiety because my husband cannot be here with me and it has caused my blood pressure to raise tremendously, especially after getting the checklist (which undoubtedly meant that he would not be here for the birth of our first child). All this put me at high risk for preeclampsia, which is life threatening for both the baby and myself. My doctor provided documentation for us to present to the embassy in regards to this. Also, I am not covered under FMLA because i work for a temp agency full time and also I have another job but it does not offer benefits because I work part time...so my maternity leave will be unpaid and I need my husband here to support our family during my absence from work.

I got a checklist today :(

It says I need to send a copy of the marriage certificate..........I know I sent a copy!!! :( :( :(
