Maybe the employment letter and pay checks are confusing them, can you just redo the I-864 and just send that with just the tax transcripts and pay stubs and eliminate the w-2 and the employment letter to make it more simple for them to see

What on my employment letter and what on my pay check and W2 are 2 different number, I put what I actually made in line 5 and same thing in line 10 and they said its incorrect. The lady just told me that I need to put my project annual income, I explained that its not an steady figure so I'm not sure what I should put. My employment letter $66,528 and I made $ 87,989 which is whats on my pay check and W2 . I'm confused which number should I put?

I would but do not send in w-2 this time as they are not needed with tax transcripts that might be what is confusing them

Then your current annual income will not match your house hold income if another person is working in your household

try to make it easier for them send in the I-864 ez if you can. And the transcripts but no w-2 they are not needed with transcripts, only send in paystubs no employment letter sometimes people need stuff simplify for them

My scan date is January 5th and still haven't heard anything from NVC!! Really worried and wondering why its taking that long!

Calling NVC everyday just to hear "you should hear something soon sir!", like really I am just getting too frustrated with them now.

I also spoke to one of the supervisor from NVC who assured that she will follow up and get back to me at the earliest and now its over two weeks no news!

Please guys help, what do you think i can do so that i hear something from them!!

I think once you request a supervisors review you have to wait 41 days for them to review it. Sometimes better off leaving it to the normal ones who do it rather then the 41 more day risk. I could be wrong tho but i believe its 41 days for supervisor review.

Oh no i didn't request supervisor review but just spoke to one of their supervisors regarding this and she only said that she will follow up and get back to me..

But, a little confused. Is this my scan date. The email i received is below.
