Thats great. Are we adding ourselves? EP and scan date Feb 12 (well hopefully, had to resend docs March 9 based on bad info from a "helpful" NVC rep but Im holding out hope.

Met in 2010 on a forum for a mutual interest. Became friends.
2011: Realized we needed to evaluate our status as friends when we realized we were talking about raising children together.

2011/2012: Decided we were a couple sometime in, but no possibility of being together due to being same sex couple.

June 26, 2013: DOMA overturned. American married couples ALL have the same federal rights at last! We can be a family!

June-September, 2013: Discussion about being together begins.

November 13, 2013: Meet in person to see if this could work. It's perfect. We plan to elope to Boston, MA.

March 13, 2014 Married!

May 9, 2014: Petition mailed to USCIS

May 12, 2014: NOA1.
October 27, 2014: NOA2. (5 months, 2 weeks, 1 day after NOA1)
October 31, 2014: USCIS ships file to NVC (five days after NOA2) Happy Halloween for us!

November 18, 2014: NVC receives our case (22 days after NOA2)

December 17, 2014: NVC generates case number (50 days after NOA2)

December 19, 2014: Receive AOS bill, DS-261. Submit DS-261 (52 days after NOA2)

December 20, 2014: Pay AOS Fee

January 7, 2015: Receive, pay IV Fee

January 10, 2015: Complete DS-260

January 11, 2015: Send AOS package and Civil Documents
March 23, 2015: Case Complete at NVC. (70 days from when they received docs to CC)

May 6, 2015: Interview at Montréal APPROVED!

May 11, 2015: Visa in hand! One year less one day from NOA1.

*** Tomorrow we should see an increase in case reviews by our friends at the NVC. I would guestimate an increase of at least thirty percent from today's figures. ***

Bear in mind that these are my own observation and guesstimation. I wish everyone the best of luck and hope that the mid-Jans and EPs luck turns around quickly.

another question guys.. so worried about i-864 form if i was doing it wrong. i put my father in part 2 sponsored principal immigrant. should i put his name on family member number 1?

02/26/2015- called NVC and got the case number and Invoice number paid 120$ aos fee
02/27/2015- aos fee shows paid

3/12/2015- USPS tracking shows delivered(delayed) supposed to be delivered 3/9

I just got off the phone with NVC I was told I got a checklist list for I-864 Item 5 And 10 :cry::cry:

For my current individual annual income and My current annual household income what should I put because apparently what I put on here is incorrect am lost confused and frustrated. Do I need to send the entire I864 or do I just correct that one page. Help me please im about to loose my damn mind.

your current annual income should be what you make and the proof should be on your paychecks or employment letter.

I did not send employment letter but I sent in about 6 months of paystubs. I figure my income at per hour x hours work per week (40 for me ) x 52 weeks and sent in the pay stubs to prove it

your current income may or may not match what is on your last year taxes my did not

house hold income should be all income from people who you have listed in the household which for me it was just me and my wife and her income does not count as she is still in her country

If you have more then just yourself that will be different then individual annual income

What on my employment letter and what on my pay check and W2 are 2 different number, I put what I actually made in line 5 and same thing in line 10 and they said its incorrect. The lady just told me that I need to put my project annual income, I explained that its not an steady figure so I'm not sure what I should put. My employment letter $66,528 and I made $ 87,989 which is whats on my pay check and W2 . I'm confused which number should I put?
