Scan Dates & Case Completes (CC)

There could be some approval later in the evening. I know I kept checking ceac on my cell phone at work, last friday. It was about 7pm when I seen 3 Na and I was not sure if I will be able to call NVC, then as a person is always on hold. After an hour on hold I was told case complete

So the day is not over. I think and hope more cc will come for people

i have question on i864.. on first page right side says mailing address down to a number. is it for petitioner or immigrant?

We were just told by a female NVC operator that anyone who says they have a case complete with a February 2015 scan date is "a liar".

Not too sure what side of the bed she woke up on this morning!

Maybe it's because once the conversation goes off what they have a script for, they panic!

It does make me wonder though, why some cases with later scan dates are completed before those with earlier dates. I'm just guessing that they assign a certain amount if cases to people to work through in date order and some people work through their cases quicker than others.

I don't trust any information given by the NVC operator. I was told not to call them before the 60 days wait time when I called day 36 and two days later on day 38 I got my CC. Noting is consistent. I really hope a lot of people get their CC's this week. It is a boring day today nothing is happening here.

The members here are not liars. we just have a problem hearing. Case complete sounds a lot like we are still working on your case.

That's reassuring. I'm keeping my fingers crossed we get out of there by the end of the week. I sometimes worry that I'll somehow get penalised for hassling them as much as I have but, I remind myself that the operators probably aren't crossed trained and don't have anything to do with the actual document review.

I don't know how much they have to do with it either. weird I called and she told me I had a checklist then I told her that the document was in there. her exact words was.. hmmm let me see if i can do this, i dont think i can but I will try for you( I never asked what this that she was trying to do was) .. then she said nope i cant she put me on hold for about 10min and came back and said nope they said they don't have it.. which they didn't now that I realized we sent the wrong thing. but seemed like maybe she had the power to do something.. what that something is no idea.. but she was super nice.. maybe she could of gave me a cc!! lol who knows

Change my checklist date to 3/7/2015. Now i know why i havent received CL email, they had some issues with their email system.
