Well according to the spreadsheet Ariana created they aren't at 60 days.....otherwise a bunch of these Dec 22nd scan dates would be completed right? Think they are going on day 66.

USCIS

10-24-14 : I-130 sent from South Africa to Chicago Lockbox

11-03-14 : NOA1, Case Transferred to California Service Center

11-24-14 : NOA2

Those few snow days added some time to 60.

But it is interesting how they manage review case exactly on 60 day mark (+/- a day)

I'm getting impression that case is in the que and "pops up" after...let's say 55 days.

Don’t know why is taking so long to jump from 12/19 which btw was a Friday to 12/22. December should be easy for them because of the holiday closing early on the 24. Then not opening the 25 if we think about it they don’t have scan dates for those days...OMG I going to start crying now :cry::cry::cry: because is not only the 60 days waiting it does also not know whether you will continue to wait another 60 more days :clock::clock::clock: . Horrible process I hated all. :ranting::ranting::ranting:

I checked online and saw 3 N/As this morning. Yay! I hope it means "case complete" I will call NVC today or tonight to see if it is confirmed. My scanned date is Dec 22nd.
