Who is the petitioner? Me thinks you should not include the beneficiary's income on AOS. Instead, get a joint-sponsor but not the beneficiary.. Someone correct me.

im the petitioner, and im unemployed(housewife) im petitioning my parents so my husband is going to be my co sponsor, i already sent my aos and supporting docs but i found out that I-864 form is incorrect as i put my husbands income on the part 6 item 5 current income instead of putting it as zero since im unemployed. now im planning to send a new corrected forms to NVC, my scan date will be changed and another 60 days waiting. BUt i think its better if i send it soon than waiting for the checklist.

Ok, so someone in the NVC March filer thread got a N/A change yesterday (Saturday). Status was checked in the morning - nothing. Later on Saturday it has changed.

So guys, it is possible, to have a N/A change on weekends (maybe just on Saturdays, but hey, it is still a day more of the week)! :)

I would assume NVC doesn't have both email addresses then? I would call to make sure both are on file at NVC. I know when I (Petitioner) get an email from NVC my husband (Beneficiary) will get one at the same exact time.

Actually both of us should be there I filled out the agent form and added her and mine at the same time. We received emails on that day when I had the agent selected but you might be right something in the system might have gone wrong.

I really pray for case complete. They asked for proof of employment and 2013 tax trancript which I had sent. I sent it of Friday and made a one day dilivery, I hope I get a scan date on monday

2011: Realized we needed to evaluate our status as friends when we realized we were talking about raising children together.

2011/2012: Decided we were a couple sometime in, but no possibility of being together due to being same sex couple.

June 26, 2013: DOMA overturned. American married couples ALL have the same federal rights at last! We can be a family!

June-September, 2013: Discussion about being together begins.

November 13, 2013: Meet in person to see if this could work. It's perfect. We plan to elope to Boston, MA.

March 13, 2014 Married!

May 9, 2014: Petition mailed to USCIS

May 12, 2014: NOA1.
October 27, 2014: NOA2. (5 months, 2 weeks, 1 day after NOA1)
October 31, 2014: USCIS ships file to NVC (five days after NOA2) Happy Halloween for us!

November 18, 2014: NVC receives our case (22 days after NOA2)

I'm not sure where to post this, so please move this if it's in the wrong place.

I got a checklist last week, and they need me to send Proof of Employment. The lady on the phone said to either send a letter from my work or my most recent pay stubs/ statements. I have two jobs. For one of them, I am sending my most recent pay statement (my taxable marital status on that pay statement is married). For the second one, I went to go make a copy of the pay statement and saw that my taxable marital status is listed as single. I am having this changed at work today, but it won't reflect for another 2 weeks when I get paid again. Is the 'single' status going to cause a problem? Should I just send a letter of employment from that job? And if I do send a letter of employment from one and a pay statement from the other, would that be odd?

Stressing out about this, so any help or advice would be appreciated!
