Oh yah baby, Just confirmed CC 3/20. My scan date was 2/10 (It took 38 days).

Thank you so much for all the wonderful people here for giving support and love to each one of us. I couldn't do it with out your support. Let us keep the positive vibration going here so we hear more positive out come. I have a feeling today is going to be like last Friday. Good luck to you all. Love and blessings.....

ps. I thought, I was going to get checklist for sending my 2014 W2 with out filing 2014 tax, and not putting 00 in the I-864EZ boxes that doesn't apply to me. I still got approved :)

humm, this makes me wonder...if filing paper gets you a quicker cc than when filing EP?

wonder what the stats are...hey ariani, do you think this is something you can add to the spreadsheet?

Anyone know what happened with BRosa? On the spreadsheet but I haven't seen any activity. Feb 5th scan date

I am here, invisible but always reading every single post. nothing yet. My scan date was changed to 2/23 I called NVC and complained, i wanted to keep at least my original scan date. They put my case under supervisor review almost 3 weeks ago. Called 2 days ago and no one has looked at it (could take up to 42 days) I just hope to get CC sometimes this YEAR.. :ranting:

I am so happy NVC is closing files in less than the 60 days.

Congratulations to everyone who has gotten CC this week and I completely understand how everyone with checklist feel. I have had 2 of them. So crossing fingers, here and hoping for the best for everyone. Blessing and patience to of us stuck at NVC.

Out if curiosity- has ANYone who got a recent CC filed via EP? It seems EP is significantly behind. How that one works boggles my mind.

yesterday or the day before someone from December 31st ep got cc. It looks like it is approximately 74 days for cc on ep.

Met in 2010 on a forum for a mutual interest. Became friends.
2011: Realized we needed to evaluate our status as friends when we realized we were talking about raising children together.

2011/2012: Decided we were a couple sometime in, but no possibility of being together due to being same sex couple.

June 26, 2013: DOMA overturned. American married couples ALL have the same federal rights at last! We can be a family!

June-September, 2013: Discussion about being together begins.

November 13, 2013: Meet in person to see if this could work. It's perfect. We plan to elope to Boston, MA.

March 13, 2014 Married!

May 9, 2014: Petition mailed to USCIS

May 12, 2014: NOA1.
October 27, 2014: NOA2. (5 months, 2 weeks, 1 day after NOA1)
October 31, 2014: USCIS ships file to NVC (five days after NOA2) Happy Halloween for us!

November 18, 2014: NVC receives our case (22 days after NOA2)

December 17, 2014: NVC generates case number (50 days after NOA2)

December 19, 2014: Receive AOS bill, DS-261. Submit DS-261 (52 days after NOA2)

December 20, 2014: Pay AOS Fee

January 7, 2015: Receive, pay IV Fee

January 10, 2015: Complete DS-260

January 11, 2015: Send AOS package and Civil Documents
March 23, 2015: Case Complete at NVC. (70 days from when they received docs to CC)

May 6, 2015: Interview at Montréal APPROVED!

May 11, 2015: Visa in hand! One year less one day from NOA1.
