Hello! I just received my Case Closed email from NVC! Exactly 7 days after CC date of 3/12/15. Just waiting on the interview date now. Good luck everyone and let's see more CC and less C! LOL

Like we have 3N/A's for CC, I don't want an check list but its just I am loosing hope with everyday passes by :(

Filed I-130 : 02/14/2014

Paid AOS and IV : sometime in Aug-Sep-2014

Sent Form IV : 12/08/2014

Sent AOS : 01/19/2015Last

Scan date : 01/20/15

Checklist : 03/23 :(

Checklist scan date: 04/03/15

Case complete: 04/27/2015

Visa interview expedition request: 05/02/2015

Expedition approved : 05/06/2015

Document in transit : 05/13/2015

Interview schedule :05/20/2015

Interview date: 06/05/2015

Called NVC last night to confirm I have CC and I do!!!!!!

Now just to wait for the email and interview date and we'll be off to the races!!!

Congrats! You are giving me hope that EP (from Canada) is moving .. hopefully into Jan.

Our IR-1 Timeline

05/15/2013: Mailed I-130 to Phoenix Lockbox

05/20/2013: I-130 delivered

05/21/2013: NOA1 Priority Date

05/24/2013: Cheque Cashed and received text with MSC number (Initial Review)

06/03/2013: Received Hardcopy NOA1

12/12/2013: Transferred to another office

12/13/2013: Transferred to local office

01/16/2014: NOA2 EMail Notice

01/29/2014: Transferred to NVC

03/16/2014: Notice from NVC

12/16/2014: Paid AOS Fee and submitted DS-261

01/05/2015: Called NVC and DS-261 was incomplete, gave information and wait for IV bill to be generated

01/06/2015: Paid IV Fee

01/16/2015: Submit DS-260 and emailed documents for both AOS and IV

02/18/2015: 2 False checklists received

02/20/2015: Received Confirmation/60 DAY EMAIL

03/14/2015: Received approval letter from NVC (dated Mar 10) regarding "Request for Earlier Priority Date".. which we never did such a thing

03/27/2015: Day 70 - 6.30-7.30 PM EST .... infamous 3n/as appeared!!!!!! CC confirmed by rep at 9:20 PM EST!!

04/22/2015: Received interview letter (email)

04/25/2015: In transit

04/30/2015: Medical

05/14/2015: Interview..APPROVED... ceac said ISSUED!!

05/21/2015: Visa in hand

07/23/2015: POE at YYZ

08/31/2015: Applied for SSN at local office

09/11/2015: Rec'd SSN and GC

im following this thread. my aos and iv package arrived at nvc march 12 but havent heard from them yet. hopefully soon..

Petition for parents I-130
11/27/2014- I-130 package sent
12/01/2014- NOA1 received
01/28 /2014- NOA2 petition approved
02/26/2015- called NVC and got the case number and Invoice number paid 120$ aos fee
02/27/2015- aos fee shows paid
3/06/2015- aos and supporting docs sent..
3/12/2015- USPS tracking shows delivered(delayed) supposed to be delivered 3/9
3/12/2015- NVC received packet-SCANNED

3/23/2015- sent new forms of corrected aos,,

3/24/2015- SCANNED

3/24/2015- IV invoiced and in process

3/26/2015- IV shows PAID

3/27/2015- DS 260 sent

4/16/2015- case complete

4/23/2015- received email of complete case.

4/27/2015- interview sched received

5/21/2015- medical passed

06/04/2015- interview date passed

That's your "scan date".

Technically you are in for a 2 month wait but people are getting through a bit faster now.
