You are absolutely right Lynn, it was no need to be rude. I am a paper filer since our embassy/consulate does not accept electronic filing, but all she had to do is explain the difference and provide me with an idea of where they were at for both. I have worked in customer service for many years and that type of rude u professionalism would have never been tolerated.

I am just going to throw this one here since I need answer ASAP;

I am in the process of assembling my AOS and supporting documents. I want to use 2013 tax return as my most recent. Now, when filling up the income using I-864EZ, do I have to write down my 2nd and 3rd most recent too? Can I leave them blank? I started working 2012, so my 2011, I was still a student. What should I write on 3rd most recent if I was still a student then(2011)?
If anyone can answer this for me that would be greatly appreciated.

Good morning people ? praying hard that whatever got into those NVC reviewers yesterday has gotten out of their system and we will see lots of cc's today! I felt so bad watching the spreadsheet getting more and more filled in with red. ?

Unless she's referring to EP filing perhaps? I know they're backed up a little longer than paper filing. Just a guess but definitely not an excuse for rudeness either way! Some of those people need a lesson in empathy...

Good day everyone! How are you today?
