Ok i called my husband and cried for 30min he didnt say anything just listened gotta love him ( so sweet) ok well good thing is after checking my AOS form over a million times the lady didnt say something about that! The smalls things that make me smile! Ok from the start me and my husband wasnt going to let this process bring us down and no paperwork is going to make me change the person that i am , i do not regret a second of this nor do i feel any bad way towards NVC , people overlook things all the time..there are bigger problems in life then paperwork lol. So waiting for the email and if they didnt get it then ill send it overnight and if its the wrong one well we will call south africa for a better one! And to fight against this bitterness i am booking a ticket to ethiopia to see my husband!! Maybe God is building our interview evidence! That will be one more visit under our belt ! Ans i miss him so much.

Congrats all cc!!! Im so happy for all you guys!! Im smiling again and all i know for sure is....... Its gonna be worth it!

I'm so sorry to hear about the checklists today! I may not be very active on here but I diligently observe the thread and like many am so glad to have this community.

Called again... checklist confirmed. The household size wasn't counted correctly.

Would you mind sharing how you filled it out? Was it just you and your spouse? Now I'm worried about if I did ours correctly :unsure:

Oh dang Tae!!! I'm just reading this now and I'm so so sorry! I am praying for you and your husband. I hope they allow you to just bring it to the interview and you bypass the extra 60 days. I know you'll get through this and I'm excited for you that you'll at least get to see your hubby again soon. We all know how difficult it is to be away from our loved ones and especially for extended periods of time. Hang in there girl, we all got your back and we're here for you. (L)

That's sooooo unfair, I always ask this question, if it's a small mistake like this, why can't they forward the checklist to the embassy??????

But the good news, you only have 1 mistake and that's easy to take care of, and they're getting faster and faster, so hang in there buddy.

I have received a checklist according to the TIU rep it's because of the AOS. Honestly, I can't fathom what it could be as as everything was computer typed, I checked ALL my documents at least 10 times, 5 months of pay advices, W2s, 3 years tax transcripts, Employment letter, and even SS benefits notice/letter. ** FYI: No empty boxes left.

Ugh, so sorry ariani :( I hope your wait moves more quickly than expected and your CC comes soon!

INTERVIEW!! 5/18/2015 @ 7:30 am ~ Mumbai Consulate  RESULT: APPROVED!!!

Visa in hand: 05/20/2015 (Yay!) ELIS Fee ($165) paid this day as well

POE: 05/29/2015 Newark 

SSN card received: 6/8/2015 (processed on 6/2/2015) // ELIS shows "Optimized" since 5/30/2015  // ELIS changed to "In Process" 07/14/2015. (E-file received 06/25/15)
