They really don't care abut us. The month difference is unfair when we are all applying the same thing. I can imagine how you feel, I thought EP will be faster than sending by mail, why would they even bother to ask people to send in documents by mail if they are not responding on time. Amazing how the system works, we don't have the voice and they play their games as they wish on us. Hopefully yours will be next. Good luck!

Yes, this process has been enlightening to say the least. It's pretty disheartening to realize just how little anyone working there cares. I know it's just their job and it would probably hinder them in some way if they cared too much, but even just the reps on the phone...a little compassion would be nice.

I don't understand the difference in EP versus paper. It just doesn't logically make any sense.

I can't even be upset yet because I'm still within 60 days and people around my date are getting approved. Other EP filers at 1/12 and 1/16 are still waiting. I want them to get approved soon!

Good luck to you guys too. I'm so sorry this country has been so bad to you. I hope one day it's so far in the past compared to the happy life with your spouse that you barely remember how horrible they are to us.

The same thing happened to us! K1 Denied and then we married and filed the CR1. And the COs were totally off base in the way they treated my spouse (then fiance) at that time. We've been on this merry-go-round since 2011.... You're absolutely right, very painful process.

I hope this time the interview will go well for you. I see people getting approved for less prove of relationship and only met once after meeting online. Ours was in person and was able to meet two time before our interview date and 100 pages of emails and texts, photos, and we are the same age. That was not enough for them. As American managed to go two times in a country that US has embargo, but they expected more as they are providing flight ticket and leave from work :). Hopefully it will be over soon. I don't want be merry-go-round forever with out being together physically LOL. I wish you all the best!!!

1) I really like your name

2) EP is an experimental thing hence why it's not perfect

Haha, thanks!

And yes, you're right, I forget that part. Although my guess is that even when it's required by every country, it'll still be "experimental" to NVC!

Good morning all...I see there was another Feb 5th cc! Hope we can see those Jan 30 & Feb 3rds getting cc today!! Go NVC! Keep on making progress!!

Good morning! This is my favourite thread here :)

Why can't the NVC ask IT to install an automatic email send when they click on case complete their side? It would make everyone's lives easier. No backed up phones, no unsure people. So silly.

Oh that would make too much sense!! Haha. But seriously, it would be so easy for them to do! Yeah...my favorite thread to! Watching the news come in of cc's is so encouraging for us still waiting & I love seeing them get so happy & excited when they get the news! Keeps my happy thoughts going for the day ?
