I think I was on the desk of the cousin of that same slow reviewer's desk back during the USCIS process LOL... 7 months, 3 days to NOA2. This process will be a year so far come April 10th :clock:

UHHH and that's why I know I have no room to complain and my husband reminds me everyday how lucky we were with USCIS. I feel for you honestly. 7 months is outrageous.

I just have to vent sometimes because I feel so helpless and frustrated being away from my spouse. Which we can all relate to.....

My Spouse has been randomly trying to call but gets that automated message, we're having a bet if he ever gets through lol

Keep redialing when you get the message that starts out "Due to high volume... blah blah blah" because eventually you'll get through! It worked for me, it just takes a LOT of patience! LOL

Well I got through to Nvc...haven't reviewed my case yet. I figure no news is better than bad news! So I'll just keep waiting "patiently" ha!

yea same here im on day 43 of my wait anyways its not like im outside of the time. and like you said no news is good news! soon we will see the 3 NAs

We received AOS checklist on 03/04/2014 and last week we mailed the corrected AOS by usps. NVC received the package en 03/13/2014. Today we received an e-mail confirming this date and begin again the 60 days count.

I hope to see more CC today. I'm worried about the jump. Looking at the spreadsheet make me worried. Some people from early January scan date are still waiting. I wish they go according to the scan date. I'm really tired of the process, I have started with fiance visa in 2013, the embassy denied our visa for no reason, this is the second time around trying with CR-1. I hope to be done with it all soonsoon. It has been painful process, but the support on VJ is really amazing. Wish you all good luck!!!

I'm so sorry this is your second time around! I completely agree with you though. I want to see more CCs for sure, but I'm also really nervous about why there is a month difference between people still waiting and people getting approved.

The same thing happened to us! K1 Denied and then we married and filed the CR1. And the COs were totally off base in the way they treated my spouse (then fiance) at that time. We've been on this merry-go-round since 2011.... You're absolutely right, very painful process.

I'm so sorry this is your second time around! I completely agree with you though. I want to see more CCs for sure, but I'm also really nervous about why there is a month difference between people still waiting and people getting approved.

They really don't care abut us. The month difference is unfair when we are all applying the same thing. I can imagine how you feel, I thought EP will be faster than sending by mail, why would they even bother to ask people to send in documents by mail if they are not responding on time. Amazing how the system works, we don't have the voice and they play their games as they wish on us. Hopefully yours will be next. Good luck!
