What's your household size? When all else fails, I'd enter what I could, print it out and then hand write the number in with black ink. I had to do that on the I-864EZ that I filled in. It wouldn't hold everything I entered electronically and I had to hand write a couple "X's"

Did you file your taxes on a 1040EZ, 1040 or 1040A? It makes a difference what you include depending on the form filed. For 1040 and 1040A, it's the Gross Total Income and for the 1040EZ, it's the Adjusted Gross Income. Did you enter the proper numbers according to which form you filed?

2ndly, when I looked at my transcript for 2013 it is 1040, NOT EZ not A.

My lawyer in NYC has been calling, they won't tell him anything because it has not been 60 days. Is he lying to me?

You can call your self if you have your case number, I'm sure the lawyer is not going to spend 1hr on the phone to talk with NVC. He will wait till they send him notice, but if I was you I will call NVC my self and get the answer. Good luck!
