Debbri18 just saw 3n/a's scan date jan 29th! Yippee!!

Congrats!! to Debbri18

Did Debbri18 actualy receive notification of CC or did you just see 3 N/As?

I also have three N/As but have no notification and I cannot ask them because it has not been 60 days...

Is it 100% certain that 3 N/As = CC????? Someone help me, I am losing my mind!!!

Oh jeez :/ Thanks for sharing with us though. This whole thing is getting overwhelming....the closer to the end I get the worse off it feels. Trying to stay positive....

This end is the WORST. Ek wil iemand by die NVC bliksem.

she saw 3 n/a's & then called Nvc & they confirmed cc. If you see 3n/a's You should call. Just ask them if there's been any changes ;) good luck!! It's pretty much for sure!! Edited by JennyLu

Sorry for the confusion. It was Debbri18 who got cc not me but she saw 3 n/a's & then called Nvc & they confirmed cc. If you see 3n/a's You should call. Just ask them if there's been any changes ;) good luck!! It's pretty much for sure!!

My lawyer in NYC has been calling, they won't tell him anything because it has not been 60 days. Is he lying to me?

I'm not sure on the lawyer bit. I would still try calling on my own though. They are definitely taking less than 60 days.

Thanks, it's incredibly expensive to wait on the phone for hours from South Africa, not to mention I actually have work to do, and my Spouse has a full time job and cannot sit on the phone either.

This is WHY I hired a lawyer, to assist. And if he is not doing his job he better watch out because I've been waiting for a long time and I'll fire him for negligence.

Received : December 1, 2014
Received DS-261 / AOS Bill : January 1, 2015
Pay AOS Bill : January 9, 2015
Submit DS-261 : January 7, 2015
Receive IV Bill : January 15, 2015 called after AOS showed paid, they released it overnight)
Pay IV Bill : January 23, 2015
Send IV and AOS: January 29, 2015
Scan date: February 3, 2015
Checklist: March 19, 2015 (only need to send south Africa police report)
Case Complete: June 3, 2015 

EMBASSY: 10 months
Interview appointment letter : December 4, 2015
Interview Date : January 21, 2016 medical wasn't complete
Second interview date: April 4th 2016
Interview Result :APPROVED!!!
Visa Received : 4/13/2016 ( they sent us a email stating our visa was ready for pick up)

USA LIFE
US Entry :4/29/2016 
Social Security : 5/10/2016 (filed from the actual office)
State ID: 5/14/2016
Started working!!: 5/25/2016
Finally paid green card fee: 6/24/2016 ( note said we will receive it within 60 days)
Green card in hand: 7/5/2016 10 year green card we done!! 

1st king born: 6/30/2016

April 2017 update: Marriage still going strong, baby boy getting bigger. Life is good

hahah yea I love it to.. and when people seem to be getting low or the process is getting hard I hope they see my user name and say to themselves... its gonna be worth it :) ... my hope anyways lol!

01-15-15 : Case # Assigned

01-15-15: DS-261 completed

01-20-15: AOS fee invoiced & paid

01-21-15: Mailed AOS & IV Packages

01-22-15: ORIGINAL SCAN DATE- both packages

01-23-15: Sent corrected AOS - caught my own mistake

02-11-15: IV bill invoiced & paid

02-14-15: DS-260 completed

04-01-15: Case Complete

04-16-15: P4 e-mail

05-25--15 : POE, time to MOVE!!!!

Really hoping for some more good news today! Yesterday was really depressing for me (and all of us it seemed) to not hear of any CCs. I'm EP and my scan date isn't until 1/26, so I think I have a long way to go. :cry:
