Just got off the phone, no news for us yet. We got a very laid back guy. He's like "You follow visajourney? I love visajourney!" He said EP are a few days behind snail mail folks. I did say if they want to encourage us to go EP they need to up their game and he said EP should catch up very soon.

I think this is the only time I ever wanted a weekend to go by so fast! lol.. NVC makes you do some crazy things! being at NVC I wanted money out my bank account so fast and now I want the weekend to fly by :wow::wow:

Hahaha! I Felt the same way! I was never so excited to give my money away than I was waiting for the AOS and IV fees to clear my bank account. Let's not even bet me started on how much I still dread the weekends. I thought it was difficult to wait for our CC, but man, waiting for an interview date is even more difficult.

On hold now.... 12 minutes and counting. They said the wait time is 20 minutes, I don't believe it LOL

I'm so glad they changed the hold music!! I wanted to gouge my ears with scissors after listening to the previous hold drabble "Your call is important to us...blah blah blah"

I think we all need to be evaluated at the end of all this!!! my nerves are so on edge at every step of this process!!

hhahaah yea waiting for an interview date im sure is more difficult.. I cant even imagine actually the day of the interview!!! lol!

IT'S OFFICIAL!!! I HAVE CASE COMPLETE as of YESTERDAY 3/12/15!!!

Just got off the phone with NVC.... I waited longer than 20 minutes too... It was 35 minutes. I guess we have to change the date on the spreadsheet LOL So it officially took 50 days! Nice! I asked if I needed anything else and he said I'm just waiting on an interview date and we will both be notified via email.

HOORAY..... can't wait to see the hubby again! It's been over a year, one day after our wedding, that we've last seen each other! Getting very excited!

K1 filed - 6/8/11 // Interview @ Mumbai Consulate - 1/5/2012: Denied // USCIS final decision - 3/15/2013; administratively closed and free to file again without prejudice

Visa in hand: 05/20/2015 (Yay!) ELIS Fee ($165) paid this day as well

POE: 05/29/2015 Newark 

SSN card received: 6/8/2015 (processed on 6/2/2015) // ELIS shows "Optimized" since 5/30/2015  // ELIS changed to "In Process" 07/14/2015. (E-file received 06/25/15)
