Yes surprisingly somebody got CC today the scan date was 1/23. But, there are some people form 1/12-1/22 haven't gotten there. Happy for all got their CC, ours is coming soon

Yes, please update me on the spreadsheet. I just called nvc to confirm. Scan date 1/23 and CC on 3/13/15. Yay! I have my fingers crossed for everyone else! Good luck!

Yeh it's very exciting! Noticed 4 people so far between 20th and 23rd of Jan get approved today!

Hi everyone, I am fairly new to VJ and have a silent member since joining. I have reviewed many posting and gained a wealth of knowledge from you all. This is has been quite a journey and very frustrating process. It is wonderful to have such support of the VJ members.

I do have a question for the group. What does EPs mean. I have seen it mentioned a few times.

03-07-2013 Received acceptance via email from USCIS

10-24-2013 Received notification from USCIS that our case was transferred to the Texas Service Center

08-14-2014 Received confirmation from NVC our visa petition was eligible for further processing.

Also received CEAC confirmation with our case number.

08-15-2014 AOS fee invoice received

08-17-2014 Paid AOS fees

08-19-2014 Email with received with AOS cover page

08-22-2014 Mailed AOS I-864EZ

09-23-2014 IV fee invoice received

09-25-2014 Completed and submitted DS-261

09-28-2014 Paid IV fees

10-09-2014 Completed and submitted DS-260

10-21-2014 Checklist for AOS I-864EZ received for error on 2013 tax return information provided.

11-04-2014 Scan date for AOS checklist

01-05-2015 Checklist for IV received for missing civil docs.

01-15-2015 Scan date for IV checklist. NVC first confirm scan date as 01-12-2015.

I just called them to check they told me my cc & wait for email for interview date

I still didn't get 3 N/A on websites.

But on phone they confirmed for cc .
