After how many days will we get email conformation on interview date? I called Nvc they gave me interview date Over the phone but they said I have to wait for a week before I get the interview appointment Letter. Is that true?

Thanks for the confirmation! I didn't think that the scan date got changed everytime you called, but an NVC operator told us that today.

Maybe they are just tired of answering all of the applicant phone calls...

I'm pretty tired of having to call, too.

I do think they track when you called and how many times you called. but don't be scared call as many times as you wish. me personally only called to see if my case was there, to question my husband police report, to get my ds261 reviewed and then I will call back once my fee change to N/A .. I honestly still don't understand why people call so often to hear the same news.. but to each its own..

Yea they just want people to stop calling .. Yea i called think 4 times and was tired of those calls lol i couldnt imigine how they feel answering the same people over and over again lol think they start making up stuff to make the day intresting lol .

I'm gloomily expecting a checklist, at this rate. I'm at day 59 and they're telling me 'call back next week' and getting sarcastic with me when I point out that I know people with the 15th as a scan date who have CC.

I don't think it means it's a CC.

In your case, I think there's something not so smooth about EP (electronic processing), I think that's why.

When I called, the lady told me the same thing about being saturated and they're working on speeding up, and she said give us at least another week.

I just learned how to calculate std deviations and run bell curves... if my calculations are correct 95% of cases will be completed within 2 std deviations of the mean which would be from 50-74 days.
