Hi,

please add my new scan date - 28th of April, replying to checklist Can't wait for this process to be over...

What is the current wait time for the checklist review?

We are in this together, i got a checklist on 04/15, my new scan date is 04/17. The bright side to this horrible roller coaster is that NVC are processing documents in as little as 30 day days or less!!..Keep strong with high hopes and one day we too will be screaming case complete

Just wanted to ask you: is the scan date the dare they receive the packet or they will assign the scan date by e-mailing? I tracked my packet (checklist) and it says it is being delivered today. Is it my new scan date?

You'll receive a delivery confirmation indicating that your package was delivered and signed for at NVC. Your scan date will be that date, for example: If your package gets delivered and signed for today, your scan date will be 04/27/2015. Usually the email will generate and you should receive it withing 1-3 business days. May i ask if you have the tracking number to track when it will be delivered?

Starting the USCIS we been sending everything from abroad via registered snail mail. We could track it too, but it took about a week each time. After the checklist we received from NVC we decided to ship our corrected packet by DHL, we paid for 2 days delivery and it was delivered in 2 days. DHL gave us tracking number, I could see all journey of our packet. It even stated exact hour when it was delivered. Did I answer you question?

Today i call nvc and they told me about the birth certificate that is missing the goverment stamp, i told them that, that is imposible. I ask for My second case and they told me was complete last friday, them i told the Lady how come one case is complete and the other one not, both have the stamp, cause the other big stamp is in the Back of the birth certificate, and i never Send copy from the Back side of the Any of the two birth certicate. The Lady put me on review and told me that this will take 45 days. No interview will shedule for the case that i have cc until the other case has been completed

You would have rather sent the birth certificate and have a waiting of about 30 days than the review of 45 days. How could they accept one and not the other if they were all the same I assume? Only NVC knows. Good luck.

They won't schedule an interview until both cases are completed.
