put your case number and is going to say:

At NVC if your papers are still here.

In Transit if they sent it to the consulate

Ready if they received it

Issued after you get approved and your visa was printed

Administrative Processing if it undergoes to that process after approval or if they require more information.

Ready for Pick up if your visa has been printed and is ready for you to pick it up =)

Thanks for the info! I got the third N/A and haven't called to confirm but using this info I was able to see "at NVC" so no doubt anymore!

Please help guys,

I got checklist for 2014 tax, I filed the tax today, NVC is requesting to re fill I-864 and there is no new form on uscis website ! the expiry date is 3.31.2015

please advise what to send exactly because they are listing these requirements:

1. a written statement indicating why u did not file 2014 federal income tax return

2. 2014 IRS tax schedules

3.2014 federal income tax returns , IRS printout or letter 1722 issued by the IRS

4. 2014 W-2 forms or IRS tax transcript

I am so confused what to send and how to fill new I-864 and there is no updated one on USCIS website

The form from USCIS website is always updated. Don't worry about the form expiration, if you got it from USCIS then it should be good. Are you using just your own income? Are you petitioning just one person? If yes for both, I would use I-864EZ form. Less things to fill up, less mess up.

Not sure why you filed tax rather late, I would explain that to NVC in a written statement. e.g. "Subject: Reason for Late Tax Return Filing for 2014"

I would send a copy of Form 1040 or 1040A as well as W-2 for 2014. Not sure if a transcript will be available yet since you just filed today.

I think that should be enough.

I called NVC on Friday and they told me my case is completed and I should get email by next week

But I can see still 2 N/A

AOS fee didn't change to N/A , what does it mean?

3 N/a do not always appear. Most of the time, they do, but not always

If you called the NVC and they told you your case is complete, then it is a cc

Sorry...the form is not expired as we consumers are concerned, use it its just fine.

1. You need an extension, amendments (form I-722), valid reason why you had not filed taxes by deadline of 4/15.

For 2, 3 and 4 you obviously have your schedules, tax returns copies, W2 forms you used to file with. Send all because obviously the transcripts are not going to be available for you for at least a few weeks.

The validity of the form is the information in it, if you are not changing any information then you can just make sure the information is current. Not sure what figures you used in last form but won't it change now you are using 2014 tax year? Be careful with those figures, to be honest I would redo the form again because it doesn't take too long and print it out.
