tax 2014

should I re fill the I864 again or just send tax 2014

Depends on what they ask. If you didn't submit the 2014 tax, so by sending it you have to include it to your I-864 form, I think.

Our mistake was on the for I-864EZ, so we have to correct it, reprint it, put the new date on, sign it and send it again.

I'm not proud to hold the award for the longest USCIS stage. rofl I wish I had documented each and every stage to the T. I had some super long waits, like you, even at the NVC stage. It was months after I paid fees before they unlocked the forms on-line for me. In fact, I had to contact them after wondering why they hadn't done so after such a long hold up.

Interesting how AP is a mystery. ;)

You dont hold the longest record at the uscis stage, lol...i was there over 10 months and some others were there for more than a full year.....

sorry u have to jump through all these hoops to get there, but it will all be worth it in the end...keeping you in my prayers...

I hate to say this but it has been consistent for them to issue checklist for 2014 tax returns after April 15 for those missing them. Common sense would be for them to give a CC and ask for them during interview but who am I to make a suggestion? Good luck.

I totally agree with you. I got the news of a checklist on 04/15 for error on AOS, marriage certificate, and court documents. I had asked if i can provide these at the interview and i got a big fat "NO!" as an answer..it is so unfair

My new scan date is 04/17..Hopefully with confirming that nvc is processing in 30 days or less i can too get a CC. If only NVC would know how unfair this roller coaster ride can be for most of us. Best of luck to all who are awaiting a CC.
