is so hard to explain... they have a shipper's reference which is in this format EXP 20 APR 2015A so all the packages sent on that day will be shown, if there are no packages then nothing will show up. if you want to check on today's will be EXP 23 APR 2015A and so on and so on but If they sent something today it will not show up until tomorrow.

where to check? DHL site or NVC?

"You guess" you've been tracking?

Rajpn congrats.

Mine says ''at NVC'

So no use of traking.

After checking my case a million times this morning I decided to go for a long walk in the woods away from internet. Checked when I got back and the THIRD N/A is staring at me. Thank God!

I am SO happy to hear that!!! I have been praying for you to get a CC all day!!!

Just logged on and saw the AOS fee at N/A! Could be happening!

Should I call now or wait for the other two to go to N/A? Scan date of 4/8 for a checklist

The other 2 aren't going to go N/A. 3 N/A total = CC

You can call to confirm but its not worth the 1 hour hold time honestly..its CC..relax. Congrats!

You can call but that's definitely a CC. Congrats.

Alright then.

Woohoo! Case complete! I guess put me down for a case complete on 4/23. Will call tomorrow to confirm since it's 11pm here on the east coast.

Now time for the long and tedious process of getting the interview scheduled.

Is the CEAC website down right now? Can't seem to log in :s. Is anyone else encountering the same problem?

Nope, it's working for me.

Just confirmed with the NVC. Case complete! :dancing: :joy: :dancing:

Put me down for the CC to Interview spreadsheet as well.

I'm not proud to hold the award for the longest USCIS stage. rofl I wish I had documented each and every stage to the T. I had some super long waits, like you, even at the NVC stage. It was months after I paid fees before they unlocked the forms on-line for me. In fact, I had to contact them after wondering why they hadn't done so after such a long hold up.

Interesting how AP is a mystery. ;)

Thank you! Don't worry you'll hear from NVC very soon, you're almost there.

But wow 9 months at USCIS? You beat me there! Sorry it took them that long. I only spent 7.5 months at USCIS stage. Now I feel much more humble.

Edit: so to answer your question, I'm a March 2014 filer, and I-130 was approved at the end of October 2014

I was told there are several reasons that could cause AP. It could be totally non-related to you. But like Ariani said, it's a mystery.

I'm guessing in my case, there aren't many applicants from the middle east, so the NVC staff is not used to documents from that area, and they have to spend more time.

This is the same error I got for my past checklist, joint sponsor made the error. Everything had to be redone and sent again with the error corrected. I made sure the joint sponsor sent everything again, even though the supporting evidence was sent the first time, because I didn't want the risk of NVC coming back later saying they didn't get X or Z document with the AOS.

Scan date: 3/30

Check list - today: 4/23

One simple mistake on AOS I-864EZ: Item 19. Year 2014 income must match the total (gross) income on your 2014 Federal income tax return.

Question: can it be fixed over the phone? Ask for supervisors review? Correct it, reprint it and mail it?

PLEASE! I almost fainted as I was expecting CC today
